Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I am sad to report that the quality of service at this location is now terrible. In the past, I would always bring my cars here for tires and car repairs and was very happy with the work as well as the customer service. Last week, I brought a vehicle to Mr. Tire for a repair that was urgent since my son needed it for school (out of state). They agreed to do the work and gave us a price quote, but did not promise to have it done before he left for school. We dropped it off anyways hoping for the best. Ultimately, my son left for school without a car. We decided to wait patiently for the work to be done and they indicated we could leave the car there until the mechanic returned from vacation. Then, we received a call late afternoon yesterday from the cashier to pick up our vehicle immediately or it was going to be towed. This was the most unprofessional experience I've had with a repair shop in my life. It also seems like all of their employees have quit or are on vacation.

Had my tires and alignment done at Mr. Tire Auto in Fairfax and I have to say from walking in to paying, my experience was nothing less than amazing. Joshua the service manager gave me accurate time line and kept me in the loop on progress. Highly recommend!! Thank you Joshua and your team for a great visit.

Joshua and the team were fantastic. Just discovered this Mr. tire around the corner from me. I was in and out in an hour, they found the source of my thumping noise and took care of it. Customer Service was great, solution oriented and pricing was much less than expected. They took great care of me. I am leaving my previous foot mechanic and am a return customer now to Mr. Tire. Thanks Joshua.

Tire got flat right after arriving to my dinner. I decided to deal with it later. Called the Dominion Tire Company, explained my situation and if they could helped 20 mins prior to closing (9pm). I was passed over to someone else and the communication was clear straight away. Asked for my location, picture of the tire, got me an estimate, agreed, got to me in a Van, and the entire thing took about 20 mins. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been a customer for a number of years now and have always received outstanding service, truthful information and guidance, and fair pricing. Above all else, I have trust in the recommendations they provide because there have been more times than I can recall where they absolutely could have up—charged me for additional services that I didn’t really need and I would not have known the difference. They have chosen not to do that and have continued to say in many cases, you don’t really need that at this time. That keeps me coming back time after time.
